How long does it take to receive my song?
Your order will be delivered to you within 24 hours after placing it. However depending on demand there are only a set amount of slots per day so dont miss out on your chance to hace your masterpiece created today!
What information should I provide for my song?
The more detail you give us, the better! You can include names, memories, inside jokes, important moments, favourite genres, moods, or anything else you’d like included in the song.
Can I choose the style or genre of the song?
Absolutely! You can request different genres, moods, or vibes such as romantic, emotional, funny, energetic, acoustic, pop, rock, and more. We’ll do our best to match your vision.
What if I don’t like the song?
We value our customers’ experience and want you to be genuinely happy with your song. If you have any grievances or feel the song doesn’t match your vision, you’ll receive up to three free revisions where we will redesign and adjust the song to make sure you receive the quality you want and are fully satisfied with the final result.
Do you offer refunds?
